Since I woke up before 5:30 today and couldn't seem to get myself back to sleep, I thought I would take a few moments to share what we've been thankful for over the last year.
Loving friends and family
Healthy end of pregnancy
Relatively short labor
Healthy baby Noah - December 3rd
Much needed maternity/paternity leaves
Noah's milestones - smiling, sitting up, crawling, walking
Nurturing daycare teachers
Visiting Noah over lunch breaks
Surviving lay-offs
No travel required for work
Reconnecting with friends of old
A place to call home
Food on the table
Generally happy baby
Family time
Noah cuddles & snuggles
Grandmas to care for us when we're all sick
And so much more that I won't be able to recount now because somebody small just woke up.
