Well, the last step in the the cedar shakes project has now been completed. Sunday, Eric hauled out the ladder once more and caulked the gaps between the trim and the cedar shakes on the front of our house. This is definitely not one of Eric's favorite projects, as all the while he was muttering "I hate caulk." But he persevered and now the project is officially DONE!
After finishing, Eric enjoyed some well deserved rest and time with one of the kitties while I tested out my new photography studio light. The new light is supposed to mimic daylight. So far, it looks like it works well. Using the light will take some getting used to, but we're looking forward to figuring it all out before the little one arrives.
